Interpersonal Communication and Listening Skills

Effective communication means sending clear messages to others and accurately interpreting their responses. Sounds simple doesn’t it?  But in reality, when most individuals are questioned about their biggest problems at work, they consistently answer, “Communication.”  This program is designed to improve communication skills through experiential learning techniques and practicing what we preach.

Methodology:  This program utilizes video, group discussion, structured exercises, practice exercises, self-assessment and a question and answer segment.
