It’s your IQ that gets you the job; but it’s your EQ that insures success.  This program addresses the importance of balancing your technical knowledge with interpersonal expertise in order to reach your full potential. Whether you are a manager or an individual contributor, this program will teach you how to harness your emotional strengths to achieve stellar results for yourself and through others.

  • How to harness emotional energy to empower yourself and others
  • How to identify your emotional triggers and deal with them constructively
  • How to relate to others in more productive ways

Methodology:  This program utilizes video, group discussion, structured exercises, practice exercises, 360° assessments and a question and answer segment.
