This course is designed to support recruitment and retention efforts within the organization. It helps participants achieve career satisfaction and a higher quality of work life. It takes participants through a comprehensive self-assessment so that they can clarify strengths, areas for improvement, values, interests and skills. Participants evaluate their present job situations in terms of the assessment. They compare their qualifications to the career goals they have set for themselves. They are encouraged to examine upward and lateral moves as well as different options within the organization. It helps them set realistic goals and provides an action plan to achieve them.
