Many people think that great leaders are just born that way. They are not. In fact, the development of leadership skills is quite straightforward when presented in a step by step process and supported with personalized coaching. This course is designed to do just that by examining the forces that help build great leaders. Participants will assess the effectiveness of their influence style and develop a blueprint for confident, effective leadership.

Participants will learn to:

  • Identify the characteristics of an effective leader
  • The effective use and abuse of power
  • How to inspire a shared vision with strategic thinking
  • The situational leadership mode
  • How to analyze one’s leadership style through feedback mechanisms
  • How to determine the most effective leadership style for different individuals and situations
  • To create an environment that encourages self-directed and empowered employees


Who Should Attend:  Managers, supervisors, and team leaders

Methodology:  This program utilizes video, group discussion, structured exercises, practice exercises, self-assessment tools and a question and answer segment.
